  They were rude from start to finish. After asking what service we wanted? The ladies began looking around as if there was another worker who could take care of us. As she started on my nails she seemed shooked that I wanted overlay instead of dipped. Then another customer entered and she stated she wanted a cut down and polish change. Again the two workers started chatting as if who's going to work on this lady. Time was the pressure point here. They close at 9:00 pm we arrived at 7:00 the other lady maybe 7:30. I heard one other worker tell her it's to late to get a service. These females are seriously injured in the brain if they think this is good customer service. My experience has never been this weird in a nail salon. I should have gone to the HOOD!!!! At least they're going to do the service even if it's close to closing time.
